Brian Spencer,  Managing  Partner at Spencer Consulting Partners, LLC  is a strategic human resources leader with extensive experience providing high value leadership to a wide range of organizational clients.  He holds an MS in Organizational Leadership,  SHRM - SCP certification, UNC School of Government  – Public Employment Law certification,  and is a certified Everything DiSC Personality Behavioral Facilitator.
