HOTWORX Chapel Hill East 54 is celebrating the opening of its brand new 24/7 studio at 3130 Environ Way, Chapel Hill NC! The celebration will kick off with a 4:30PM Ribbon Cutting Ceremony followed by a Meet & Greet with wine, beer and appetizers and an opportunity to tour and check out the amazing state of the art studio.
HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout or a 15-minute High Intensity Interval (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
Our patent combines heat, infrared energy and exercise- what we like to call "3D-Training-" and makes HOTWORX- a workout unlike any other fitness program available.
If the heat isn't for you- we also offer a FX zone which consists of weight training!
